What is
Chiropractic?
Chiropractic is a natural and drugless approach to healthcare. The goal of chiropractic is to remove subluxations which happen when a joint - primarily in the spine - isn't aligned or moving properly.
Since the spine protects the nervous system, the correction of the spinal subluxation has an impact on its function.
The primary intervention in chiropractic is called the adjustment but chiropractors are also trained in prescribing specific exercises for your condition, proper nutritional, ergonomic and lifestyle advice, .
